How long does shipping take?

- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours upon placing your order. For domestic shipping, items usually arrive within 2-5 days of being shipped. Most items are currently being shipping from a separate supplier that can average 7-9 business days. For international shipping, items usually arrive within 10-20 days of being shipped. For orders shipped to Canada, items usually arrive within 7-10 days

Are you able to ship internationally?

-Yes we do! Not only do we ship all throughout the United States, but we also ship to most countries around the world.

*International orders may be responsible for paying customs fees*

How am I able to track my order?

We provide tracking numbers for every order placed. Check the email address you used during checkout, where you should have received an email from us regarding your tracking information. Or simply scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Track Order".

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, and are dependent on the total weight of your order. Domestic shipments under one pound are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Domestic shipments over one pound are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You may choose an alternative shipping method at checkout.

Do you have a return policy?

If you are unhappy with your item or it doesn't fit, you can return the item for a full refund or equal exchange.​

- Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

When mailing your items back, please include your name and order number, as well as what action you want us to take.

Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.

Once we receive your return, your item(s) will be inspected to make sure everything is still correctly in place. If everything is in order, we will then issue you your refund. When your refund is issued, it may take 3-7 business days for it to process.

Sale items are final. Items can not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged for equal or less value.

Am I able to exchange an item?

- If you would like to exchange an item, please return it to us within 30 days of it being delivered to you. Simply leave a note inside the package directing us what you'd like to exchange, as well as a valid shipping address for us to return your exchange to you.

How can I cancel my order?

- If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to envisionclothco@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled and shipped
